Technical Requirements:
  • Sitecore 8/9 Certified Professional Developer with Sitecore 9 experience (Sitecore 9+ Certified Platform Associate Developer a plus)
o At least 5 years of general Sitecore development experienceo Familiar with SXA but comfortable working without ito Thoroughly knowledgeable on Helix principleso Capable of developing SpeakUI components and customizing the rich text editoro Experience adding custom pipeline processors and custom pipelineso UI/UX experience, with examples of Sitecore administrative interface designs and implementations
  • Must provide references for at least two to three previous Sitecore project implementation
  • .NET developer with at least 5 years of C# .NET web application development
o At least 5 years of C# MVC, using Razoro Practical experience with MSBuildo Practical experience with decompiling assemblies to inspect them during troubleshootingo Practical experience in performance tuning and optimization.o Practical experience with implementing interfaces, services, utilizing dependency injection / inversion of control
  • Experience with GIT, GIT branching methodologies, GIT merge strategies, and general repository management
  • JavaScript/JQuery capable developer comfortable with EMCAScript 6 nomenclature and modules
  • Experience with Node.js with NPM, Gulp (or Grunt)
  • SCSS or SASS capable developer, familiar with SCSS and compass, and comfortable working in a modular SCSS architecture

Responsibilities Include:
  • Effectively manage a team of offshore India based developers in an Agile/SCRUM environment
  • Cross train team members, mentoring and coaching
  • Practical experience in SCRUM/Agile and Kanban
  • Skilled at managing task definition and delegation
  • Skilled at scope definition and level of effort estimation
  • Must be able to work in a challenging environment, be able to research and troubleshoot to find a path forward.
  • Able to adapt to new technology demands as the needs of business change
  • Ability to pivot to an all new platform if the need arises and quickly familiarize themselves with the functionality to effectively bring value to the marketing organization.
  • Experience with other SaaS based CMS solutions outside of Sitecore
