Assist in the daily operation of the Purchasing Department and reports to the Director of Purchasing & Auxiliary Services. Manage procurement site in WorkDay daily, including requisitions, purchase orders, change orders, supplier requests, service contracts, and blanket orders for all departments. Provide technical training for Procurement in WorkDay to end users. Work with the Budget Department on a daily basis. Manage the Amazon account, including processing purchase orders and payments. Establish new accounts, handle billing and breakdowns. Management of chargebacks for various goods and services. Access legacy systems. Process credit applications for suppliers. Work closely with the Receiving Department daily.
