Description A real estate firm in the East of Pittsburgh is in need of an Office Administrator.The role is 100% onsite and temporary to hire.The Office Coordinator will be responsible for:
Administrative/receptionist duties
Manage Office supplies
Scanning and reviewing invoices
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Entering journal entries into real estate software
Light bookkeeping duties
