Schneider Development Program: Operations & Engineering - 88482DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $66,000 - $99,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the Schneider Development Program for a full-time Operations Engineer set to start in June of 2025.
You MUST be willing to relocate as this is a 3-year rotational program to different Schneider Electric locations.
This rotational development program is designed to give recent graduates a second to none hands on experience working in multiple teams within our manufacturing, distribution center and/or our corporate HUB sites.
Responsibilites for Operations/Engineering:
Support manufacturing processes
Contribute to quality assurance activities
Identify opportunities for process improvement
Analyze manufacturing data for insights
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Assist in project management activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Engage in continuous learning and development
Contribute to documentation and reporting
Support supervisors in daily operations
The Program consists of six different tracks that a talent could be placed into based on interest and education/background.

Participants in either track will experience a variety of rotations in two or more US Global Supply Chain locations - one year per location. These rotations enable participants to gain a multitude of broad experiences, networking opportunities, leadership and other personalized development as well as unique exposure to local, regional and global teams.
