Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator

The Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of residents across all levels of care within our senior living community. Reporting to the Director of Well-Being, this multifaceted position involves planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of activities, outings, and events that cater to the interests and needs of our residents. Additionally, the role includes partnering with the Activities Manager & Well-Being Manager by ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and certifications.Key responsibilites include but aren't limited to: Schedules, plans, and organizes both internal and external events, overseeing room reservations, catering, setup, and technical requirements.Oversees and supports volunteers for all areas of living, ensuring effective utilization of volunteer resources. Responsible for volunteer recruitment efforts. Provides support to residents and family members on an on-going basis.
