Beacon Communities is looking for a Residential Maintenance Technician for one of its multi-family communities located in Meadville, PA. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of general maintenance. This person must be customer focused, motivated, dependable and a team player. Ensures that service requests and minor repairs are made correctly in a timely manner. Must live no more than 30 minutes from the property. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
