Application Engineering Technical Lead - I (The Vanguard Group, Inc. / Malvern, PA) Provide Identity and Access Management (IAM) technical expertise to complete complex development, design, implementation, testing, integration and maintenance activities; communicate with key stakeholders on requirements, solution, impact and issues; perform system impact analysis, create documentation and review code; participate in daily scrum, design sessions, requirement analysis and test inspections throughout product life cycle; identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement of technical standards, methodologies, and technologies; guide team members on resolving technical issues; present technical status and issues at milestone reviews. Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electronic(s) Engineering, Electronic(s) & Communication Engineering, or closely related IT field and five years of experience in job offered or in IT position(s) including Principal Systems Engineer IAM. Background in education, training or experience must include Java, J2EE, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, JSON, REST/SOAP, SAML, Kerberos, MFA, Oracle, DB2, MS SQL, SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint Identity NOW, Beyond Trust, AD/Azure AD, O365 Exchange, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, PowerShell, Hibernate, Maven, Ant, Eclipse, Bit Bucket, Apache, Tomcat, Windows & Red Hat Linux, ELB & F5. Company operates on hybrid model with three days in office and work-from-home available two days.
