Transfer data from HRIS systems to Excel and use Excel functions like VLOOKUP to sort data
Interface with new members to coordinate clearances
Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders
Review and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP for various accounting tasks
Perform account reconciliations and handle accounts payable and receivable
Process billing and undertake data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
Utilize strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers.

Associates of Arts or Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Accounting or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk for a minimum of three years
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Strong knowledge of Billing procedures
Demonstrated ability in Data Entry
Experience with Invoice Processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Oracle
Familiarity with QuickBooks
Knowledge of SAP
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
