Develop the vision and lead the implementation of Greene Tweed’s best-in-class Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Identify and implement appropriate tools to support the Integrated Business Planning process and ensure aggregate plans can be easily translated to executable detail plans.

Maintain the strategic roadmap for IBP to achieve maximum support from implementing systems upgrades.

Develop the synergy between GT strategic planning process (SPP) and the IBP long term efforts. Work with SPP leaders to utilize strategic success factors and KPI to monitor success of the products/industry strategies.

Connect Strategy to Execution through Integrated Business Planning, driving data-based decisions, actions and targets, with accountability to one consensus plan.

Owning and gaining alignment on the consensus demand plan that is driving the supply plan.

Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.

Communicating decisions to stakeholders, as well as identify and resolve plan variances, risk and opportunities at the regional and global level.

Serve as the point-person for escalation of portfolio and risk-related issues.

Develop and effectively communicate IBP vision, strategic direction, and resource requirements sufficient to deliver consensus forecasting, demand/supply balancing, financial integration, & KPI scorecards for the Value Streams and Business.

Drive organizational execution of the IBP process to improve control and utilization of resources (inventory, capital, people).

Collaborate with analytics team to develop and execute on a vision to utilize AI and ML models to enhance predictability and capability of the IBP planning process.

Responsible for partnership with IT for technology solutions, architecture and recommending leading practices / best in class solutions, working with technology partner to create an IBP technology roadmap.

Direct and implement the design, development and ongoing continuous improvement of IBP process, tools, training, and metrics aligned with Greene Tweed’s (GT) organization structure, accountabilities, and complexities.

Establish key interfaces with business leaders to facilitate production planning operations to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

Oversee all aspects of demand planning, supply planning and inventory management to ensure reliable, compliant, cost effective and on-time supply of product.

Provide leadership and oversight to optimized supply plans that meet production capabilities, constraints, efficiencies and balancing the impact to supply chain and sales support.

Support the established and implemented inventory optimization policies and materials risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with the Inventory Optimization leader.

Partner and collaborate with other Senior Management to achieve and continually maintain maximum operational efficiency, interdepartmental coordination, and initiative / projects prioritization.

Provide leadership to ensure effective communications, coordination, and collaboration throughout the IBP organization and with all functions within GT.

Establish goals and performance expectations for IBP team members. Set objectives and define expectations and results required to support strategic value stream and organizational goals.

Provide formal performance reviews and talent development plans, fostering team development and utilization of root cause analysis and problem-solving tools to facilitate and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Assist in development of annual and strategic plans and reconcile them with monetized SI&OP plans. Drive resolution of gaps to plans and communicate and escalate critical gaps between the plans in the SI&OP process.

Develop, implement and monitor SI&OP/IBP key performance indicators (KPIs) and course correct behaviors that adversely affect the achievement of KPIs in coordination with other functional leaders.

Ability to effectively lead change and convey a forward-looking perspective in motivating, inspiring andmanaging people.

Ability to create and/or foster a leadership environment that is conducive to teamwork and personal development of the team’s members.

Strong analytical Skills with an emphasis on scientific method of problem solving, coupled with the ability todevelop and execute appropriate action plans.

Capable in coaching and obtaining necessary results through influence management, when necessary.

Required Minimum QualificationsEducation/Certifications: BS / BA in business or management, supply chain, or equivalent experience.Skills and Experience

Minimum of 10 years of industrial experience, with at least 5 of those years involving inventory management, demand planning, and executing a Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process.

Demonstrated success in implementing and directing the SI&OP process and/or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Experience with SAP is a requirement.

Strong financial acumen with ability to make connections between supply chain actions and strategic business outcomes.

Able to anticipate future threats and opportunities for our customers and businesses and make decisions based on global business conditions and strategies.

Has the conviction to take risks, make decisions and push forward when needed to achieve desired business outcomes.

Possess strategic thinking, critical thinking and analytical skills to assess, frame and drive data informed decisions.

Lead and coach organization to build models to analyze “what-if” scenarios for dedicated planning purposes.

Recognize underlying themes and patterns and reduces complex data to a few key conclusions that can be easily understood by others.

Drive consolidation and achieve consensus where necessary between different functionsand individuals

Ability to comprehend high-level business strategy objectives and effectively develop / execute ‘roadmaps’, milestones, detailed implementation plans and KPI’s.

The ability to translate business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for specific projects.

Evaluate scenarios with attention to detail with end-to-end supply chain impact in mind.

Detail oriented and able to communicate complex problems and solutions, driven to collaborate and very comfortable working with numbers.

Focuses on both short-term results and long-term goals.

Ability to create original concepts and theories.

Can execute on organizational and project management skills to manage information and people to drive effective collaboration.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders.
