Who We're Looking For:

- Experience: 1+ years of general labor experience (construction, landscaping, or apprenticeship) required; power tools, saws, and metalworking equipment experience are a plus but not required – we're willing to train.

- Motivated: Driven to work hard and take initiative with minimal supervision.

- Hard Worker: Take pride in doing things right, making real effort, and being honest with team members and customers.

- Willing to Learn: Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge to improve performance.

- Good Communicator: Able to communicate with team members and clients.

- Cultural Fit: Exemplifies the company's culture, values, and production system in all aspects of work.

- Active: Must be able to stand for a complete 10-hour shift, lift up to 75 lbs., and comfortably bend, kneel, and stand throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate saws, shears, and other equipment to produce panels and parts for the assembly line.

- Install plywood flooring, wall panels, exterior panels, and trim pieces, and secure them with appropriate fasteners.

- Perform basic electrical wiring tasks, such as routing and connecting trailer lighting and other systems.

- Read & follow work orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions to meet production specifications.

- Work safely with hand & power tools and material handling equipment.

- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Competitive Pay: $20-26/hour – DOE

- 1st shift hours: 6 AM to 4:30 PM
