The Historic Reinhold's Inn located at 11 West Main Street Reinholds, PA will in under new ownership. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The expectations of the position are listed below:
Sets up and stocks food and other necessary supplies
Prepare items by cutting, chopping, mixing and preparing sauces
Cooks food items Grilling, frying and sauteing and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring proper storage
Cleans and sanitizes cooking area at the end of the shift
Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs
