Position Title: Electrical EngineerWork Location: Lancaster/Harrisburg areaWork environment: Private Office BuildingWhy is this position open: Company is growing quicklyResponsibilities: In this role you will assist the lead engineer in development, prototyping, design verification, and transition to production on complex analog, digital, and RF products. Create innovative ideas in support of internal research and development. Research and apply EE principles and theories to solve customer problems. Support full program life cycles (concept, specification, prototype, production, and sustainment)Required Skills:• 1-3 years of experience in design and production of high reliability DoD products and systems• Experience writing/reviewing technical proposals and developing engineering estimates• Knowledge of electrical circuits (microprocessor/microcomputer, conversion, analog signal processing, AC/DC, and DC/AC converters, digital, RF, embedded circuits• EMI/EMC design knowledge• Experience review of physical design, electronic schematics, and PCB layouts of new products• Knowledge of Boundary scan, Xilinx VHDL, Digital design, Microprocessor/Microcontroller• Knowledge of industry and military specifications• Altium Designer experience• ATEasy Testing Software experience• Test Engineering experienceEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical EngineeringSelling point of the job: Company is growing very quick.
