Located in the heart of scenic, rural Western Pennsylvania, Armstrong County Community Action Agency, Inc., d/b/a Armstrong County Community Action Partnership (ACCAP),is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit agency incorporated in 1965. We are a community-based, grassroots organization serving individuals facing economic hardships. Over the years, ACCAP has established itself as one of the single largest providers of comprehensive human services within Armstrong County.
