In this role, you’ll support the operational needs of a permanent, always-on entertainment space by partnering closely with on-site HR, Payroll, Finance, and Talent Operations. Your work will ensure a seamless employee experience, from pre-hire through exit, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as a front-line support partner to the on-site HR Manager for employee-related operationsEnsure a consistent, seamless employee experience across the full lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Mobility, and Talent AcquisitionBuild and maintain process documentation including Work Instructions and Job AidsSupport project-based work by documenting processes and training operational teamsJob Skills/Requirements3–4+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or similar HR rolesStrong organizational and time management skills with a high attention to detailSkilled in knowledge management and creating user-friendly documentationComfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team settingExperience with ticketing systems (e.g., ZenDesk) and data-driven decision makingAdditional InformationFull-time contract opportunity with potential for extensionFlexibility to support multiple time zones as neededIdeal for professionals who thrive in operational environments and cross-functional collaborationPay Range: Pay: $38–$42/hourYUPRO Placement is the nation’s leading skills-first placement firm placing and promoting historically overlooked talent into permanent hire, apprenticeship, and contract job assignments.
