DescriptionThe Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing the monthly close and reconciliation activities for the Company. This position will also serve as a leading role in the quarterly forecasting and budgeting process, as well as in the analysis of real estate investment opportunities.
As the Senior Accountant you will be responsible for the following:
Facilitate monthly accounting close, ensuring team is on track for timely completion
Reconcile Key GL Accounts for various entities
Enter standard month end entries
Own all assigned Balance Sheet and P&L areas and complete associated reconciliations
Compile Company File Statements for internal and external reporting.
Service as a key contact in providing annual audit support to external auditors.
Complete monthly Bank Reconciliations
Perform workers compensation analysis on bi-annual basis with updates presented to Management
Generate monthly company financial statements
Coordinate with Capital Team to develop controls for fixed asset capitalization

Bachelors (required)Experience
4 years: to 5 years' experience preferred but will consider qualified individuals. Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Excel. SAP, BPC experience a plus. Strong Communication Skills are required. Strong excel skills are required. (required)Skills
