The Cozy Penguin Insulation Company is looking for a hardworking Insulation Installer to join our growing team in Harrisburg, PA.
We specialize in blown-in insulation, batt insulation, and spray foam applications. If you have some experience in insulation installation and want to work with a company that values honesty, craftsmanship, and community, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Install blown-in, batt, and spray foam insulation in residential and light commercial projects
Work safely and efficiently with our crews
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude on every job site
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience with insulation installation (blown-in, batt, or spray foam preferred)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites within Central PA
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
What We Offer:
Competitive daily pay: $180–$300 per day depending on experience/leadership
