owners.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate

will live within a 20-30 minute drive from our office and have a strong background in general maintenance and

repairs. You’ll be responsible for handling a variety of tasks across our portfolio of managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.

- Respond to work orders in a timely manner.

- Conduct property inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.

- Handle emergency maintenance requests, though they are rare.

- Coordinate with external contractors for larger projects as needed.

- Maintain a record of completed work and materials used.

- Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

- Communicate effectively with tenants, property managers, and property owners.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency across multiple maintenance disciplines (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.).

- Additional certifications in specialized fields (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are a plus.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Clean driving record.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
