Kelly is now hiring Forklift Operators in Carlisle, PA!This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a traditional warehousing environment, where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining a clean and safe workspaceIf you are interested, please email Marb621@kellyservices.comShifts-Sun- Wed or Wed-Sat or Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 7:00am–5:30pmSun- Wed or Wed-Sat or Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 6:00pm-4:30amPay-1st shift $17.75 & 2nd shift $18.25Roles and Responsibilities:-Operate forklifts to move materials from receiving/storage areas to designated locations- Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents. - Move items from bulk containers or racks according to predetermined sequences. - Scan materials and adhere to standard work instructions. - Assist with inventory counting and tracking of materials. - Carry out any other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or GED. - Prior forklift certification is required. - Computer literate with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work flexibly, including overtime and varying shifts. - Must be able to lift up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 50lbs. - Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately. - Compliant with environmental, health, and safety standards.
