Job DescriptionOracle Construction & Engineering Industry Group (CEIG) services project-intensive industries such as engineering and construction, aerospace and defense, utilities, oil and gas, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, automotive, financial services, communications, travel and transportation, healthcare, state, local and federal government.The CEIG has numerous products that support Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software such as Unifier, P6, Aconex, OPPM and Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) that encompasses resource allocation, cost reduction, supply-chain efficiency, and decision-making―using real-time data, for the enterprise market.The Unifier Consultant will be involved in the support of customer deployments, of Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6 and OPC. This individual will configure applications to meet customer-specific business processes. This position entails creating and maintaining system-related documentation, such as business requirements, process flows, and configuration worksheets.Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.Responsibilities:
This position is 20% Analysis and 80% Technical (drawing on product knowledge for advanced design, configurations and integration meeting customer needs).
Identify problems, research alternatives through testing and consulting with peers. Prepare presentations, drive/gain consensus from implementation team, and implement timely and well thought out solutions
Prepare Business, Functional and System Requirement documents
Configure Enterprise application and business processes
Support end-to-end business process testing of the Unifier application prior to end user acceptance testing
Support the development and design of overall solutions to meet customer needs
Lead and direct configuration resources
Deliver prepared training materials when needed
Prepare hand-off and custom project training documents
Ability to work with customers at their customer site
Consulting skills – ability to cope with deadlines
Consulting skills – ability to synthesize information and act upon it
Qualifications:
Experience with Unifier required
Experience with Primavera P6 EPP preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work as part of a cross matrix team
Must be able to articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying perception levels.
The ability to follow-through on all projects
Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
Quick Study, self-starter, not afraid to learn from trial and error
Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word is required.
The candidate should also have a high level of attention to detail.
Education:
Prefer Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience:
3+ years of customer facing or consulting experience.
Enterprise Software implementation experience working for a software company.
Previous systems (integration) experience with Oracle CRM, ERP and HRM systems are welcome.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
