Draft, prepare, and file court documents such as petitions, pleadings, and motions
Organize and manage case files, including document summaries and indexing
Conduct legal research and monitor court deadlines and filings
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
Prepare and respond to discovery requests
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, digital transcription, and calendar management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in paralegal studies or related field
5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury experience preferred)
Familiarity with federal, state, and local rules of civil procedure and e-filing
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal software
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remain calm in high-pressure situations
