During this internship, participants will gain practical experience, mentorship, and collaborative opportunities to acquire the essential skills needed to effectively use ESRI ArcGIS Experience Builder and Survey123. They will enhance their abilities in producing diverse GIS products, maps, and applications tailored for transportation and emergency management contexts.Additionally, students will engage in tasks such as geocoding and georeferencing, utilizing resources like PA Spatial Data Access (PASDA) and Living Atlas, as well as developing dashboards and creating location-based emergency response applications, among other activities.Work Schedule and Additional Information:Full-time internship that will run from 5/1/2025 through 8/29/2025
Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
This position requires some in office days for meetings, team building exercises, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSInternship Requirements:
Must be a high school graduate or college student enrolled (or intending to enroll) on a full-time or part-time basis in a 2- or 4- year post-secondary education program for the fall semester.
You must be in good academic standing (as defined by a GPA of 2.0 or higher).You must be at least 18 years of age.
Special Requirement:
This position requires a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's LicenseAdditional Requirements:
You must be able to perform essential job functions.
