Inspiration Global (IG) is seeking a ERP Project Manager with strong technical, communication skills and proven experience for an immediate opportunity. As an ERP Project Manager your job duties involve:Required Skills: Responsibilities
- Owner of the global ERP implementation. This is a core position in this implementation.
- Will be the driving force behind the ERP implementation efforts. Needs to be someone who can drive
- the program and get things done. A "go-getter"
- Evangelist for the new platform
- Significant ERP implementation execution experience, ideally in a program manager role.
- Will closely work with SI and business unit leadership
- Will manage client team including project managers and other SMEs
- interact with the senior leaders in the company and drive alignment, decision making and results
- exercising interpersonal savvy and influence.
- Build strong relationships across business functions and geographies
- Develop metrics, track key project milestones, communicate program updates to stakeholders, and
- report on progress to Executive Steering Committee.
- Manage internal and external resources as well as contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning
- tasks, negotiating, and communicating expected deliverables
- Provide leadership, motivation, and mentorship to project team members
- Conduct risk assessment and implement mitigation plans
- Manage cost and schedule
- Ensure program goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives
- BA/BS degree with a minimum of ten years' experience in Program Management
- PMI PMP Certification is a plus
- Experience supporting complex ERP projects through the full project life cycle
- MS Dynamics implementation experience desired
- Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Knowledge of change management
- Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work closely with senior leadership
