Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a senior executive at our office in Exton, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the executive’s time is effectively managed.Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Communication: Act as the first point of contact for the executive, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Meeting Preparation: Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for both domestic and international travel.

Project Management: Assist in managing key projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Document Preparation: Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Office Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Google Drive, Minute Taking, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
