Looking for reliable, skilled general maintenance to service new luxury apartments and a commercial retail space in Erie.
Must have experience troubleshooting appliance repairs, HVAC repairs, drywall and painting work, basic plumbing work, and basic electrical knowledge. Experience turning units a big plus. Availability is as needed but can guarantee a set number of hours per week. We can work around other employment, hours very flexible but reliability is key.
