Experienced carpenter wanted to help re-modeling of apartments. Individual should know how to remodel a bathroom, removing old tub and toilets with new toilet and tub inserts. Repair bathroom flooring prior to install of LVT flooring. Individual should have carpentry experience either building and / or repairing apartments or homes. Maintenance work should include repair work using PVC plumbing, drywall repairing, baseboard / window trim work, and or LVT flooring experience. Individual should have reliable transportation and tools for the trade. All materials provided by the company. Applicant should be responsible and timely to arrive to work daily.
