Job Title- Assembler
Location- Fairview PA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in any area of the assembly production line using manual and automated equipment, such as hand-tools, power-tools and machines as required
Responsible for completing tasks effectively, to the quality standards required to meet our customers’ expectations
Develop a thorough knowledge of all products, in order to be able to follow production steps required to meet the customer order requirements
Maintain organization in production and practice good housekeeping
Identify and prioritize streams of work without constant direct supervison. A strong work ethic and a desire to be “in the trenches” working with all team members to identify and implement solutions
Supporting operations on the plant floor wherever needed
SKILL REQUIRED:
Tactful and diplomatic communicator able to exchange ideas and information with customers and team members in a concise and logical way
Good listener, and can follow direction
Strong organization skills, with a high-level attention to detail
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
A go-getter with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Able to lift/shift up to 50 lbs, assistance available if required

Full Time Permanent; Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM – 4:15 PM. Some overtime is required during busy periods.
