The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and be able to jump into the role quickly. Quick books experience a plus!Job Title:Executive Assistant for OwnerLocation:Delmont, PAPosition Type:Temp to HireSalary:$20 per hourSchedule:Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch breakResponsibilities:
Managing personal bills of the owner
Scheduling doctor appointments and making necessary reservations
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
Utilizing Microsoft Office and Quickbooks for various tasks
Requirements:
Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
