We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a law firm in Cranberry Township. Legal knowledge is NOT required. This law practice is growing and has a strong team atmosphere.POSITION
This person will:
Sort and organize documents. Prepare lists of documents received
Scan and upload documents to client profiles
Organize client files
Copy documents
Call clients when necessary to request missing documentsThe goal is to clear a backlog of documents and process the documents that continue to come in. This will enable the law firm to determine the status of the client file. This is a project expected to last 3-5 months. We accept that you will need to resign from this role, if you get a permanent job during the assignment.This position is on-site, in the Cranberry Township office. The office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. You need to be available for a minimum of 30 hours within the office hours, but additional hours are available, up to 40 hours per week. There could be some weeks where less than 30 hours will be available. An average work week would be 30-32 hours. Administrative experience
Can follow directions
Calm and organized
Good attention to detail
Good Word and Excel skills (you need to be able to create a basic spreadsheet. You will NOT need formulas or VLOOKUP etc.)
Familiar with Google software: Gmail and Google Docs
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
