Skills:- 5+ years of experience in Backup Administration experience in Commvault Enterprise Backup Solutions (Commvault Master Certification a plus)- 3+ years of experience in Hyper-V, VMWare and/or Nutanix

Job ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Sr. Systems Administrator who is responsible for the implementation, configuration and daily monitoring and maintenance of Commvault backup and recovery environment. Additionally, it is responsible for the daily monitoring and maintenance of Nutanix Files environment.In this role, 60% Collect, analyse, and document information about the current Commvault environment. Review customer policies and procedures to ensure that they are in line with Commvault’s best practices. Troubleshoot and Optimize backup/restore throughput issues. Take ownership of trouble tickets and work them to resolution. Assist with ongoing deployment of Commvault software features. Perform systems operation support, including storage and server system administration, general troubleshooting, and troubleshooting of complex engineering issues for hardware, software, and network components. Participate in disaster recovery (DR) planning and execution in support of customer requirements. Perform system, as well as file and directory, restores as requested by internal customers.40% creating detailed Commvault reports. Experience managing backup storage targets. Exposure to hardware devices such as Storage Arrays, Storage Area Networks, Servers, and NAS devices and native snapshot capabilities. Practical experience in concepts such as data and information life cycle management, disaster recovery, and software performance tuning. Experience with virtualization on Hyper-V, VMWare and/or Nutanix in complex, distributed or clustered environments
