If you have a strong desire to help others and serve the community, this is the right opportunity for you.Position Summary:The Supervisor, Children's Services is responsible for ensuring children's services staff are providing a quality driven, developmentally appropriate education experience that supports all children, regardless of their diverse abilities, and their families. The Childrens Services Supervisor functions as the Director per Department of Human Services Regulations (DHS) and is responsible for complying with licensing regulations, Agency policies, program standards and contract requirements while supervising and supporting staff in the Early Education Center.Job duties include oversight of staff, monitoring of qualifications, performance reviews, scheduling staff, and filling in as a Preschool Teacher in a classroom, if needed.This full-time position works a daylight schedule Monday through Friday with weekends off! No Holidays!Position Requirements: Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Human Services field

Certified to teach Nursery/Kindergarten or have credentials to obtain Private Academic School Certification in Nursery/Kindergarten

One (1) year of experience with children

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Able to multi-task, work in a team environment and possess strong leadership skills

Proficientwith Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Current driver's License and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle

Preferred:

Prior teaching experience in an integrated classroom

Prior supervisory experience
