Lifesteps is hiring a full-time Buildings & Grounds Attendant in the Butler area!Position Summary:Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.This full-time position works Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with weekends off!MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
Ability to read and write
Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania
