Description We have an exciting temporary opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Butler, Pennsylvania, with a leading healthcare company. In this role, you will manage credit processing and customer credit records. The position is onsite three days a week, with the option to work from home two days a week after the training period with a 40 hour work week. If you are interested in this Accounts Receivable Specialist position, please apply today.What you get to do each day: Deposit all checks that come into the central billing office efficiently and accurately Process credit cards and maintain accurate customer credit records Reconcile the bank account on a weekly basis for multiple skilled nursing facilities Navigate various websites to pull remittances and handle any related tasks Utilize accounting software systems to perform various accounting functions Use Microsoft Excel and Office Suites for data management and report generation Manage accounts receivable and billing functions effectively Monitor cash activity and process checks accordingly Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.Requirements Strong skills in Microsoft Excel required Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suites Knowledge of Accounting Functions is necessary Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is a must Must have an understanding of Billing Functions Ability to manage Cash Activity is required Experience in Check Processing is necessaryRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
