Job DescriptionThis role is centered around managing new macro builds and driving site acquisition vendors to achieve objectives and successfully transition projects to our client's Construction Team. Your daily responsibilities encompass a range of tasks including project management, tracking milestones, conducting lease due diligence, representing our client in landlord communications, escalating issues to management with suggested solutions, conducting necessary site visits, reviewing zoning, attending hearings, and overseeing purchase orders.You will be expected to:
Understand and interpret our client's policies and procedures and effectively relay them to third-party vendors.
Identify, analyze, and resolve any real estate and lease-related issues as required to meet internal or external deadlines and reporting obligations.
Successfully negotiate with all types of landlords and their representatives to protect the company's rights and fulfill the company's contractual and regulatory commitments.
Identify and resolve any issues critical to the network or site that require immediate escalation to the Network leadership team.
Review and manage the financial invoicing for vendor services promptly.
Navigate and complete tasks in FUZE.
