Description:Applicants must be focused on detail and possess good communication skills. Individuals must be willing to work safely, and have the ability to work and contribute to a continuous improvement, team environment.Applicants must have experience with machine based equipment, saws, punch press and/or milling machines. Individuals must also have the ability to utilize hand and power tools; also must be able to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions and decimals. Aluminum product knowledge helps, but is not required.Manufacturing and production experience or in a fast pace work environment is a plus. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, even if this is working with basic tools around the house.
