BAYADA’s Employment Specialist - Job Coach - work one-on-one providing job coaching and training to individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities (IDD) within a general work setting. Empowering an Individual to obtain meaningful employment
Assist with enhancing job skills by monitoring progress through documentation
Educate employers on benefits and opportunities of work with people with disabilities
Advocating for inclusion on the job and reasonable accommodations for the individual
Making an impact on the community
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive pay rates starting at $18 with a weekly pay schedule
Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)

Qualifications for Our Job Coaches:
ACRE and/or CESP Certification
One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities (IDD)
High school diploma or equivalent
