This position is responsible for coordinating and managing administrative and operational activities within the office, which is dedicated to supporting faculty in the revitalization of the university's educational programs through the implementation of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Competency-Based Education (CBE), and Backward Design principles. The VP Office is also responsible for a pedagogical think-tank startup and supporting the growth of lifelong learning at Lehigh, activities that will also be managed by this position. This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,180-$55,420 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications

Office Management (20%)

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Office of the Vice Provost for Innovation in Education, ensuring efficient and effective functioning. A key element of this role is coordinating the activities of doctoral students who participate in project execution.

Project Management (20%)

Collaborate with the Vice Provost and other key stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to the Educational Innovation initiative, including faculty professional development in UDL, CBE, and Backward Design.

Administrative Support (15%)

Provide administrative support to the Vice Provost Scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.

Program Management (15%)

Coordinate and manage faculty professional development programs related to the Educational Innovation initiative, including, workshops, online learning space and events aimed at guiding faculty in the implementation of UDL, CBE, and Backward Design principles.

Resource Management (10%)

Oversee the budget and resources allocated to the office, including procurement, budget forecasting, and expense tracking.

Communication/Marketing (10%)

Facilitate communication and information sharing among office staff, faculty, and other university stakeholders regarding innovation in education initiatives. Create/maintain web presence for the Office of the Vice Provost for Innovation in Education.

Data Collection and Analysis (10%)
