HRI is seeking qualified applicants for a position within our Trucking and Asphalt plants located in the Central Pennsylvania (Bellefonte) area. The successful candidate will have background knowledge in construction and coordinate all computer software programs such as Fleetwatcher, Apex 6, Mobile Sales, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, JDE, etc. The qualified candidate will receive extensive training.Main ResponsibilitiesKeeping up to date with new software technology and implementation

Scheduling software upgrades

Partnering with Operations, Accounting, and Information Technology with regards to all systems

Partnering with Trucking operations to dispatch trucks accordingly

Partnering with Paving operations for all internal paving orders

Coordinating with all external vendor for asphalt ordering

Manage day to day costing and productivity operations of all construction systems and software

Testing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably

Providing user training, support, advice, and feedback

Administrative task and duties assigned with the job

Partner with manufacturing for plant load out schedulingSkillsKeeping up to date with new software technology and implementation

Proven track record working safely
