Job Description: Role Responsibilities: - Work closely with a variety of stakeholders from across both the Business and IT domains to define the project business requirements - Assess, document and diagram business process to identify Business requirements and dependencies - Guide stakeholders on the aspiration and optimization of business requirements for project capabilities - Use a variety of analysis techniques to uncover the real requirements being articulated - Support stakeholders to define relevant KPIs to support business needs Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years Business Analysis - Insurance - Property & Casualty - domain Preferences/Nice to have: - Surety bonds - U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident () or H-4 EAD Education: - Bachelor's degree
