PROJECT: UPMC Bedford Roof Replacements

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This Project shall include replacement of 3 roofs on the Bedford Campus.
1. Work on Magee Women’s Building will entail complete removal of the existing asphalt shingled roof and replacing it with a Standing Seam Metal roof system.
2. The Boiler Plant roof will entail removing the existing built up roof and metal deck, replace decking and install new EPDM roof and Flashings.
3. South Wing roof replacement with EPDM, flashing and metal trim.
