We are seeking an experienced Epoxy Floor Installer to join our hardworking team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in epoxy floor installation. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of epoxy and other resinous flooring systems, alongside a solid understanding of the safety requirements of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean surfaces for epoxy application
Apply epoxy and other resinous floor coatings as per project requirements
Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-standard results
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
Effectively communicate with team members and clients
Troubleshoot any issues or challenges related to the installation process
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in epoxy floor installation
Knowledge of various epoxy flooring systems and their applications
Demonstrable experience with surface preparation techniques
Strong attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality craftsmanship
Excellent problem-solving skills
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work both independently and within a team
