Auto Parts Office & Storage in Lehigh Valley area is looking for a Part-Time business associate. 20 to 24 hours a week, flexible hours.
General Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Inputting various types of information into the company database.
2. eBay Posting: Using data and template from the database to generate on-line listing efficiently and accurately.
3. Warehouse Organization: Ensuring that inventory is properly stored in the warehouse. This includes labeling, categorizing and arranging items to maximize space and facilitate efficient picking and packing processes.
4. Inventory Tracking: Monitoring the movement of goods throughout the warehouse, and keeping accurate inventory records and locations.
5. Supplies Management: Monitoring and replenishing warehouse supplies, such as shipping boxes, packaging tapes, box stuffing, etc Keeping track of consumables and placing orders as needed with owner approval
6. Picking & Packing: May be involved in picking items, preparing packages or coordinating courier services.
7. Office & Warehouse equipment: Ensuring tools and office equipment are stored properly and in good working order.
