MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND I-9 ORIGINAL PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION (I.E., SOCIAL SECURITY CARD or BIRTH CERTIFICATE) AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK. We are now fully staffed but still looking for quality workers with 1-2 years of experience for future hiring. This is full-time, weather-dependant, physically demanding work with the opportunity for growth and long-term employment. You must be able to accurately read a tape measure and have the natural ability to learn job tasks and learn about tools on your own by observing other workers and watching videos. We are looking for employees who want to grow with our company and be part of the team, and not just show up for a paycheck. We like to make the hard work fun and enjoyable, but still keep it safe and professional. We will also consider seasonal, temporary or side gig workers on a case-by-case basis, depending on what skills and experience you bring to the table. Punctuality is a requirement. Expect to show up to work 5-10 minutes early and clock in by 7 am so you can be briefed on the day's job and leave together with your crew. Reliable transportation to our base of operations in Bethlehem/Allentown is required. You must be comfortable driving a dump truck with a 20-foot trailer to job sites. A Class C drivers license is required and you must be able to qualify for the PennDOT medical card (not CDL).
