Bridesburg Foundry is looking for a Lab Technician to work in our Quality Department. Bridesburg is in Whitehall, PA and has been a long-standing foundry and proud of our opportunities for all employees.
Lab Technician Job Summary:
Responsible for providing support to the foundry process via testing and monitoring of Non-Ferrous metals. Collecting daily samples, analyzing, and reporting to provided recommendations/adjustments to the process/system. Working with the furnace room on required alloys needed for daily production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect daily samples, record information, analyze and report results
Inspect incoming raw materials and periodically test for comparison to specs
Recommend process improvements
Participate in special activities, projects and programs as requested to support Prospect Foundry safety, quality, and productivity goals
Participate in personal development activities to enhance technical skills
Proactively support the team and company in achieving its objectives
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
