We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team, specializing in concrete floor polishing and surface preparation. The ideal candidate will assist with all phases of floor work, including grinding, polishing, sealing, and cleanup.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and polish concrete floors using industrial equipment
Mix and apply concrete finishing materials as directed
Operate power tools and polishing machines safely
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times
Assist supervisors and follow instructions accurately
Requirements:
No prior experience necessary — we will train the right person
Must be dependable and willing to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
Must be able to travel for work and work some weekends
Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
