Experienced Mid to Senior Paralegal (Bilingual)

Our client is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Experienced Mid-Level to Senior Paralegal to join their team. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred. In this role, you will provide thorough and comprehensive legal support, contributing to the successful operation of the office and the effective management of cases. You will work directly with the lead attorney to ensure smooth and timely handling of legal matters.Key Responsibilities:Draft and prepare legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and briefs.Work with Legal Administrative assistant to identify deliverables when a new file is opened.Proo legal documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.Prepare legal arguments, motions, and briefs for the court.Manage and organize documents for discovery purposes.Assist in due diligence investigations for various matters.Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys.Maintain organized case files and assist lead attorney.Professionally communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters, both in person and over the phone.Prepare, file, and organize legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Maintain confidential client files and ensure compliance with legal documentation procedures.
