Description We are searching for a diligent Payroll Administrator to join our client's team in Wilsonville, OR. As a key member of our organization, you will be tasked with managing our payroll system by executing a range of responsibilities, primarily using ADP software. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity working for a growing company. Responsibilities: Manage payroll for approximately 3000 employees Routinely run and review reports Handle the issuance and mailing of paper checks, utilizing services such as FedEx and regular mail Distribute pay cards to employees Ensure timely dispatch of payroll checks to various branches during payroll week Handle the processing of Union reports accurately and efficiently Respond promptly and professionally to daily payroll-related emails Conduct employment verifications as needed Oversee the administration of benefits functions Requirements Demonstrable experience with ADP - Payroll is required Knowledge of taxable and non-taxable compensation Must have experience with Full Cycle Payroll Proficiency in Check Processing is essentialRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
