Description Robert Half is currently seeking talented and experienced Benefits Specialists to help assist local clients with their ongoing needs on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for providing exceptional employee support.Requirements
Administer, maintain, and communicate company benefit programs (health and welfare, retirement, etc.)
Provide top-rated customer service to employees by handling their benefits-related questions and issues promptly and professionally Coordinate with insurance carriers and payroll departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits enrollment, changes and terminations
Regularly review processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of benefit administration
Ensure compliance with all requirements and regulations related to employee benefits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in benefits administration
Familiarity with benefits and HRIS systems
Comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
