BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Delivery Driver/Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for preparing jobs and their paperwork for delivery as well as driving for local deliveries. The Shipping & Receiving/Driver also manages shipping all jobs by preparing UPS & FedEx deliveries in a timely fashion and receives all shipments and deliveries in the warehouse.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Makes sure all jobs are correctly boxed and labeled for deliveries.
Makes sure all local deliveries are made in a timely fashion.
Prepares all paperwork and labels for jobs being delivered by UPS and FedEx.
Makes sure all shipments are received and sent out correctly.
Will drive the forklift to load and unload product.

SECONDARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Distributes all deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
Drives the box van or truck for other company uses.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
The Shipping & Receiving/Driver needs to have a valid Oregon driver’s license and a clean driving record.
SKILLS AND TRAINING
The Shipping & Receiving/Driver should be able to prioritize and pay close attention to detail and schedules. They should have strong math and communication skills.

The Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager
ADVERSE WORKING CONDITIONS:
Traveling conditions while driving
PHYSICAL EFFORT REQUIRED:
Should be able to lift at least 50 pounds
