Seeking a Project Manager/Estimator for Commercial projects in and around the Salem, OR area. The project manager/estimator is responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and execution of work for assigned construction projects.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in Project Management Software.
In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes.
Understanding of contractual language and concepts, insurance and managing risk and liability.
Working knowledge of estimating concepts to verify bids, understand market rates, and process change orders.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, team members, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Must have an approved driving record, valid driver’s license, and meet insurability standards.
Must have an approved background check.
