Construction and Maintenance Crew Leader

The Inn at Otter Crest has a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced, and motivated individual with a broad knowledge of construction and maintenance skills. This is a full time, year around position with excellent benefits including Health and retirement, consistent M-F work schedule, and competitive pay. Pay scale is $24 – 30/hr DOE. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in the trades, be well versed in OSHA and industry standards, have an excellent work ethic, positive attitude and ability to lead a group of 4-8 coworkers in an efficient and supportive manner. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be mandatory. Ability to pass a background screening, have a valid driver's license, and pass random drug screening required.
